How do I book?
Enter pickup & drop-off, date, passengers. See instant prices, choose
vehicle, then pay online or cash. Confirmation in 2 min.
Can I book last minute?
Yes! Book up to 2 hours before pickup. For immediate transfers, call our
hotline.
Do I need an account?
No. You can book as guest. Registered users get a 5% loyalty discount.

Payments & Billing
What's included in price?
All taxes, tolls, fuel, airport surcharges, meet & greet. No hidden fees.
Child seat charge applies when requested.
Can I pay cash to driver?
Yes, in LKR, EUR or USD. Online payment locks the exchange rate.
Online payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and secure bank transfers are supported.
Do you issue invoices?
Automatic invoice sent via email. For company billing, add VAT number in the
notes.

Airport Pickups
Meeting point at CMB?
Driver waits with a name board in the arrival hall after customs, near the
food court entrance.
Flight delayed?
We monitor your flight. Driver waits 60 minutes from actual landing time at no
extra charge.
How long from airport to city?
CMB to Colombo city center ~45 min. To Negombo ~20 min. To Bentota ~2h.
What if I arrive by sea?
We also serve Colombo port pickups. Provide vessel name and arrival time.
Baggage & Vehicle Space
Luggage allowance
Sedan: 2 suitcases + hand luggage. Minivan: up to 7 suitcases. SUV: 4
suitcases. Extra luggage? Choose a larger vehicle.
Can I bring a surfboard?
Yes — minivan recommended. Please inform us in advance so we arrange space.
Tripod / camera gear?
No problem — just let us know if the luggage is oversized.
Changes & Cancellation
Free cancellation?
Cancel up to 24h before pickup for a full refund. Within 24h, contact us for a
partial refund.
Change destination?
Yes, you can modify online or inform the driver — price difference may apply.
Change passenger name?
No problem — update your booking details or tell us before pickup.
During the Trip
Wi-Fi in car?
Most vehicles have free Wi-Fi, phone chargers, and bottled water.
Waiting time included?
Airport pickups include 60 min waiting, hotel pickups include 15 min free,
then an hourly waiting fee applies.
Can we choose music?
Yes — drivers are happy to connect Bluetooth for your playlist.
Child & Infant Travel
Child seats available?
Booster seats (3–12y) and baby seats (0–3y) are available for LKR 500. Please
request 24h ahead.
Do infants count as passengers?
Yes, infants are included in the passenger count to ensure the right vehicle.
Fleet & Special Vehicles
Which car for 5 pax?
Minivan or SUV are the best choice for 5 passengers with luggage.
Wheelchair accessible?
We offer adapted minivans for mobility support. Please request at booking.
Electric vehicle?
Hybrid and EV options are available on request when you book.
